What kind of postage do I put on SASEs for other countries?

The title says it all. Also, where can I buy those postages?

Say you are in the UK sending to the USA you would include USA stamps for your SASE.
You have to include the stamps of the country you are sending too.
You can Buy stamps off Ebay or on Fanmail.biz
