I always find it hard to write the section of a letter where you ask for their autograph. I never know what to say! Normally I say ''I know you are very busy, and I don't want to be a bother, but it would mean the whole world to me if I could have your autograph. That would be a dream come true! I have enclosed a photo for you to sign.'' Is that okay?! Any tips?! Thanks

What you said sounds good to me!!
I usually say, enclosed is a photograph and a self addressed stamped envelope for the return. I would be thrilled if you would autograph it for me. Thank you for your time.
Sometimes I change it up depending on my mood.
Good luck with your collecting!!!
