My first letter

Unread post by Suir »

Well, I'm going to send my first letter to Kristen Bell and maybe my question is a bit stupid but... do you send the letters written by hand or by computer?

Thanks for the web, it's very helpful... and sorry for my english, I'm spanish and I don't talk it very well.

See you!

P.S: any of you had been written any letter to Mandy Musgrave or Gabrielle Christian? I'm really fan of "South of nowhere" and I really love if their can send me an autograph.

Suir,

I think it doesn't really matter if it's hand-written or typed. I personally type mine because of my handwriting and I have a pretty high success rate thus far :). So if you're worried about the person you're sending a request to understanding your letter, I wouldn't hesitate to type it rather than write it. I hope this helps :D.

Hi Suir

Welcome to the forum.

You can write your request letter any way - typed or hand-written.

I would recommend choosing hand-writing over typing as it makes the letter more personal, like what you're writing is what you mean. Typing is a bit more informal.

However, if your handwriting is messy or not so readable, type your letters.

There's probably no difference in whichever way you choose, as both will probably have the same amount of success in getting a response back. Just don't forget to include your SASE with your request!

I always handwrite my letters, just because I think it seems a bit more personal

p.s. Your english is very good, Suir!
