how to send to the US from the UK

hello, i am sure thousands of people have asked this question but i haven't found the answer im looking for.
i am located in the UK and i have a list of celebs that are in the US i was then told that IRC are no longer valid so i have no other way of sending to the US (that i know of)
would anyone be able to help me!!
any help would be appreciated

Im in the UK and had the same problem.

Before i got some US stamps i included $2 in with my letter and a note explaining why ive including cash.

so far ive had Brandi Passante and Jarrod Schulz, Stefanie Scott, Debby Ryan and Cameron Boyce back Via the sending cash Method.

The Minimum international postage is $1.05 but with 8X10 ive found its $2.05 so i think $2 would be sufficient.

You can get Dollars in the Post office or Travel agent and get the lowest dollar amount which is a $1 dollar bill.

Hi i am in the UK and i have written to lots of actors/actresses in the USA.
What i do seems to work so here are some tips.

I take my letter in to the post office and get the lady to see how much it would cost to send it.
(once it was 80p but then again once it was £1.20 it depends where its going in the US i think)

I don't bother with including cash or anything as i read somewhere once that the fan mail studios have lots of stamps pre brought for sending i don't know if that is true or not but there it is!

I have had reply's from many Actress/actors in the USA.

If anything i would not include Cash as it will make the chance of getting your photos back less.

If you feel that you need to send cash then tell them why at the start of the letter because they only have time to scan the letter not fully read it.

But do what you think is best for you everyone is different.
