Fanmail.biz

I live in Italy and I need to send a fanmail to the UK, with a SASE included. However I read from the Royal Mail website that IRCs are no longer sold in the country. Does it mean that IRCs can no longer be exchanged for Royal Mail postage too? I don't have the slightest idea of where to find UK stamps here, in case IRCs from foreign countries aren't accepted any help? Thanks in advance!

IRC's are still accepted for exchange here.

We in the UK just cannot physically buy them anymore.
