I cannot find a IRC and I wanna send a letter to usa .I live in costa rica and I don't know what to do..
My question is
what I can do if I can't find an irc? :cry: :(

Send a few US$ with your request (can buy at banks, travel agents etc), or buy US stamps from someone off the forum.
