I have a question now: I sent the photo to Maestro Williams I didn't sent no cash and no IRC's (we don't have those here). Fortunately, I got my envelope back with a signed photo but I think that another time it couldn't happen. Could you tell me how can I calculate how much would the stamps cost to sent the envelope back to Paraguay? So that next time I can send some bucks.

I Would honestly go to your local post office and take whatever you wanna include in your envelope and have them calculate the cost. They will give you in exact number on how much it will cost. But there is no online app that can tell you exactly how much it will cost, that would be an estimate. I would recommend going to the post office to find out.

What would be an estimate weight of an envelope with a photo?

I mean, what I want to know is how much would cost to send the SASE back to Paraguay from the USA or elsewhere, would they tell me that in a local postal office?

Well if you include a LETTER, SASE, and an 8x10 photo: the MAIN envelope would get THREE STAMPS. The estimate weight of that is like $1.13 I think.

And the SASE would get TWO Stamps which is like 99 cents I think.
(not sure how the postage price would make a difference but, that's what I do.)

I always put three stamps on each envelope.

It would be the same price to SEND IT THERE, but you would need IRC's to have them send it back to you. Depending on who you are sending, they may pay for your return postage. Not sure about that.
