Does Jonathan Frakes sign through the mail (TTM)?

I sent Johnathan Frakes AKA William T. Riker Star Trek TNG some cards to sign about three or four months ago and I haven't heard a peep. I didn't get my request RTS - so I guess that's a step in the right direction...Anyway, does anyone know if he DOES sign TTM? And has anyone had any success with him?
(I sent my request to any agency listed on another site as having success).
