european stamps

i recently received some dutch euro stamps. they have 'nederlands 2005' written on them. can i use them for an sase for other european union countries as well(eg. belgium)? i had a doubt as the country name is written on the stamp...

Great question
Although you can use Euro
coins and notes in any "Euro Accepting" country (see map below), you can only use Euro stamps
in the country of origin
