VV Question

Unread post by xhaileyx »

OK so I'm not new at this, but I did just recently send my first VV request. I sent it around Nov. 6th, and the show was only a few cities away from me on the 13th. I emailed the venue a bit before that and they said they'd pass it on for me. It's been about a month and I haven't heard back. I know it takes a little while but I just have a question... if an artist is on tour, they are going from city to city every day... when are they going to find time to mail a letter? My question is, do you think most people wait until the tour is completely wrapped (in this case the tour doesn't end until April/May) to respond to all letters, or do you think I may have more of a chance of getting a response over the holiday break?

It really varies: some people do it all at the end, others sign during the tour and some don't respond at all. You have done everything right though: contacted the venue and found out that they would give it to the person you wanted so now it is up to the star. Good luck!

^ That's what I figured, thank you. I just wanted to make sure I didn't do something wrong :)
