International Reply Coupons (IRC's)?

Hello everyone.

This is my first post on this forum. I joined recently because I was hoping to request autographs TTM to celebrities from franchises (mainly movies or TV shows) that I like.

My question about the International Reply Coupons or IRC's is even if you already put a stamp if you're sending to a certain country (for example: a celebrity in England), and you put a British stamp on the envelope, would you still need to get some IRC's or would you not need to if you have a stamp put on the envelope yourself?

Sorry if this seems like a stupid question, I'm just new to this hobby and don't want to screw up in sending off autograph requests to celebrities I like!

If you have stamps from the country your letter is coming back from, then no you don't need an IRC

Just make sure the stamps you do use will cover the return postage.

So how much postage cost would one stamp on a envelope from Ireland to England cover?

You would need to check out the postal service of the country your letter is coming from for that answer

They all have websites and price calculators.

Northern Ireland is www.royal-mail.com and Southern Ireland is www.anpost.ie
