When I first started collecting I would always buy 8x10's but that got to be too expensive so I decided to print of my own photos and I have a couple questions about the process.
My first question is, Is it okay to print pictures off your home computer and printer? and How do you know if the picture is a picture that the celebrity is "allowed" to autograph?
I just searched on Google images and printed off the picture of my desire.

I always print off pictures at home, and have never had a problem with it.
I've always wondered the same thing, whether a celebrity is "allowed" to sign it or not, but I've never had any issues so far. I just Google the celeb, and find a large picture size so it won't print out blurry.

That's exactly what I do. Haven't had a problem yet, 50+ pictures later
