Is it copyright infringement if you take a celebrities image from google images and send it to them to ask them to sign it? what other way can you get their autograph without having to take a image from google images and send it to them.

I will answer your question Hun. Some places will tell you when you go to pay for them that you aren't allowed to print those types of pics @ their photo places. BUT some places @ certain locations like CVS and Walgreens will allow it. It depends on where you go. No one can really 100% answer this question.
However there are SITES that will print your photos and ship them to you, but you most likey wwould have to pay for shipping charges (an extra fee $$) as well.

to be fair i always get my photos from Google images. or similar websites mainly because you can get really good resolution images from it and i doubt the celebrities would mind, after all you could have got them from anywhere and its also really hard to buy actual postcards etc to send. I'm sure they would be happy that you are willing to get them printed and send it to them in the first place regardless if you got them from Google. Some places wont print them because of this but all the places ive used printed them with no questions asked. I mean some people print their own photos on their printer, if you are unsure you could always email the website holder and ask if you can use the image they have on the website etc.

I normally just print out the pictures myself on glossy photo paper. I figure its more convenient as I don't have to run to the store and get the images printed. I get my images from Google too I haven't had any celebs complain or not sign the images I've sent due to copyright reasons

Yes. Simple as.
Although i reckon that most of these print places are pretty automated, so the disclaimer is to protect themselves if you get caught by the copyright owners.
