Does anyone have some people they recommend to send to since they are so good about returning a signature?

No one is guaranteed. It is sort of luck

There is a whole database of people that sign ttm. You just have to look up the people who you are wanting. noone is a guaranteed signer. Not trying to be rude, but just look a bit on here, sportscollectors.net, or others to see if they sign. There are some people that sign 95% of the time. Good luck.

This is a database of people who respond via TTM, by looking through it you'll find the answers to that question. No one is just going to write a list down every time someone asks this question and can't be bothered looking through things and doing their own work. That aside, we don't know who you like, so can't suggest people who will respond. Also, wrong forum as this is not feedback.
