Doctor Who fan mail questions

Hi, first time poster, long time wanting to do thiser (that sentance kinda got away from me). Anyway I am tying to surpise my son, an ultimate Doctor Who fan, with autographs from the all the actors, still living, that protray the Doctors. I see that instructions say to provide the photo, but some people repsonded that photo was returned unused and the actor supplied their own. I was wondering in anyone knew which ones didn't need a letter provided and which ones do.
