I'd like to send a mail to my favourite singer, and have his autograph back.. But there's a problem. I come from italy ( then forgive my english ahahah). ,Is it the same ? Or just english people can have an autograph back? If I understood well , if you aren't from the place where the singer belongs, you can't get any autograph, but you can just send a mail.. Is it right ? Please tell me thanks!
