UACC MEMBERS. Is the main difference that you can trust registered dealers a lot more?

The difference between the two is that anyone can pay the fee to become a UACC member. Simply pay it and you're in. To become a registered dealer, you have to submit an application along with letters of reference (and even then, not everyone gets accepted).

Hope this helps.

Thank you very much for your input. So you have to be a respected and trusted dealer to become an actual registered dealer. Basically being a member means nothing.
