hi,
I would like to write to a singer in Paris Bercy do I have to write at this address with the name of the singer?

Hi batmaura
You're almost correct. I would suggest you write c/o (use the French equivalent - I don't know French ... sorry!) before the venue Paris Bercy.

You may want to write "Please hold for [singer's name]" in French, but it's optional. Or else leave the singer's name as is.
