So I am preparing to send out an autograph request to the Psych TV show in N. Vancouver, Canada, and I was wondering since USPS no longer sells IRCs, should I just send a couple of dollars for the postage? Do they accept US dollar bills for postage in Canada? And, is there anything else I should know?

The advice you've been given in your other thread, to get Canadian stamps, is the correct advice and the easiest way to get your SAE back.
