You could get some 5EURO notes and conceal it well in the request.

Or put up a wanted ad in the Autograph Exchange/Sale section for the different stamps you need :)

I think I will put 5 euros in each request, may I ask where you print your pictures?

I google for large images and then upload to snapfish.co.uk They have deals all the time on prints, I rarely pay full price {up}

Ok, what size are the ones you have printed? also since this is my first time what do you send in the envelope and would you use a first class stamp to send 2 pictures and 2 album covers to romania and also a letter?

I send 6x4s because I can't afford 8x10s.
I do find on Snapfish ordering the smaller size does mean you have to edit/crop each picture before ordering.
In my envelope I send a self addresses stamped envelope (or in your case cash for postage and a self addressed envelope), a letter of request (hand written no more than one page) and the items to be signed.
Postage to Romania is more expensive than UK postage so 1x First Class stamp won't be enough. You can look up the prices for Europe here or take your envelope with everything in it to the Post Office who will weigh it and charge the correct amount.

Ok thanks for that, would you recommend a Jiffy bag for that then? Or can you send normal envelopes?

No, no need IMO for a jiffy bag. You could send a board backed envelope if you want but that's going to push up the postage cost.
I just use regular paper envelopes and only had one or two come back bent (out of alot!)

Ok thanks for that, I will just use regular then, from living at my house for 10 years and having the same postman, i've never had any mail come bent :D
