INter Reply Coupon- From US to UK

Hi!
I'm having problems finding a Post office that does the IRC thingys. I'm in the US and have a bunch I want to send to the UK. Any other suggestions on how to do this?

USPS doesn't sell IRC's any more (as of January 2013)

Since IRCs are now discontinued in the US, and I couldn't find anyone selling UK stamps, I just stuffed a $5 bill in my SAE--and am sort of praying no postal worker pockets it.
