UK Stamp Help

I am new at sending requests to the UK. I will apologize in advance if this has already been asked. I am sending 4X6 photos, along with a letter, to the UK. How can I buy UK stamps so that the cost to send it back will be covered? Also, can I buy them off of the Royal Mail website? Thank you, very much.

The prices for letters UK to USA are done by weight:
up to 10g £0.88
up to 20g £1.28
up to 40g £1.88
You should be able to but Stamps from Royal Mail but several members in the US haven't had any luck with this.
You could look in the Autograph Sale& Exchange forum to see if anyone is selling UK stamps there.
