Today I just sent a request to Lucy Hale at Gibson Amphitheatre at Universal CityWalk where she hosts TCA. And just now I checked that Gibson Amphitheatre at Universal CityWalk do not pass fan mail!!

I FAILD...

Do you think maybe they still give my letter to her?

No-one can really answer for sure I am afraid

Maybe you could contact the venue yourself and ask?
