What do i need to include on my envelope to send? Is there special postage i need?

You need enough stamps for the envelope to get back to you, it's that simple {up}
www,usps.com has a price calculator if you need more help.

I don't know much about the US postal service beyond International Mail i'm afraid.
But the price calculator is simple to use for you to find out :)
