I need to enclose a SASE in my autograph request to a celebrity in Canada. The USPS no longer sells IRCs.

Suggestions?

A $5 Canadian dollar bill (which you could get via a bank or travel agent) or Canadian stamps, Canada post will ship them to you via their website

Or you could look/post a wanted ad the Autograph/Exchange sale section for members selling/trading stamps.
