International mail from USA to UK and return postage

Hi, wondering if someone can help me. I just returned from my post office more confused than when I went. I'm trying to send an autograph request through to the UK from the USA with return postage $$ for the enclosed self addressed envelope. They told me at the post office that the International coupons are hard to find. What other means of return postage can I include in the envelope to ensure that I will get the self addressed return envelope that I've enclosed? ANY IDEAS? Thanks! PS...and how much should I include from the UK to the USA? The website said "several International Coupons"? I don't know how much that means.
