Can someone explain to me how to get celebrities vv? I know how to get the bands and singers but how do I get the others?

You have to find the addresses of filming locations or production offices and send the letters there.

Sometimes, you can get the filming locations from trade publications like Variety and The Hollywood Reporter... if it's a soundstage, it's usually easy to find. Like if a movie is shooting at a big studio like Leavesden, Pinewood, EUE Screen Gems or The Bridge... those studios have an official web site with the mailing address under their 'Contact' links.
Production addresses, depending on the movie and who you want to get, is a different matter.

Production Addresses are hard but Theatres like Broadhurst Theatre are the easiest to find.
