If I would use private address to celebrity will I have success?

You might. It all depends on the address and the celebrity. The only way you'll know is if you try it.

Do I have to include IRC? I am not from USA. I have sent before (not to private addresses) without IRC and still got success

Unfortunately our country doesn't use IRC anymore, you should be able to use money though! If you cannot get a few American dollars, sending money from your own country will at least show you are trying. Someone correct me if I am wrong in this assertion.

So, there is a hope that I will get success using private address? For example Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez,Tayilor Switf ? Would they respond? Thanks for answer ;)) I really need help

I agree with you. That's what I've been doing is sending a few American dollars to stars in the UK.
