Help/advice on sending to this agency

I'm about to send to the Markham and Froggatt address for Andrew Lincoln.
I know I'm pretty much going to recieve a pre-signed photo from him but I wondered if I send in some index cards for him to sign would the agency pass them on?
Hopefully someone has used this address before cheers
