I want to get into this hobby but I'm incredibly shy and sociably awkward... I'm not sure how exactly to write a fan letter, I'm afraid that I might come off as an immature twit... Could someone give me a good template to work off of? And could you give some writing tips? I'd appreciate it...

Act as if YOU Are the star and I will write to you as a SAMPLE:

Dear Spookii, hey how are you doing ? I hope you are doing well. Hi. My name is Andrew and I am 15 years old (That is false info on my part lol) . I am a huge fan of yours as well. I Wanted to take a little time to write you a little letter, so I hope you are able to read this. I am a huge fan of your music and movies. One of my favorite things you have ever done was __________________ . Tell them more about yourself. Depending on who you are writing try to include a Q&A. Those are always fun. some celebs like DREW SEELEY will answer the questions 4 you. Also draw them a picture if you are any good @ that. They love art.

Near the end of your letter, be like "I hope you enjoyed my letter. I Wanted to ask if it weren't too much trouble, could u please send me a signed photo....? It would mean the world to me and if you could personalize it "TO ANDREW" I would love that...." etc..and add anything extra you want to.

It's actually very easy once you get in to habit of doing it...and each letter, change things up a little bit. You can use the same template if you want, but don't write the same EXACT Thing every time lol.

Well I mean I would just be myself ya know? because ill just use a template that I just wrote like a minute ago

"Dear Daniel (Radcliffe),

im a huge fan of yours!? I love all of your work in all of your harry potter movies, you are such a talented actor and very well rounded. I even just recently bought your wand at Universal Studios here in Orlando,FL USA!? I was hoping that you can sign my index card (you can send anything and a sase but all I had was an index card) because I would love to add your autograph to my harry potter collection!? and im also trying to get your former co-stars Maggie (smith), Rupert (grint), Emma (Watson), and Helena (Bonham carter).

sincerely, your biggest fan, _______ _______"

just get to know them, don't be like hey can I get your autograph!?!?!? -fapfapfapfapfap-, just talk your way into it and ohhhhhh my gosh be polite, that's soooo important

That helps a lot, I was curious on how to form a letter and well what words to use. This solves a lot of confusion. :]
