Hi ,

I am from the Netherlands. When I send fan mail to the uk or USA are stamps from the UK and USA enough on the return envelope ? Or should I include IRC ? because in my country they dont sell it and I only send letters with a british stamp on it.

Can somebody help me out please ?

If you've got sufficient postage stamps from the return country on your sase, that is enough

No need to use IRC if the correct postage stamps cover the cost of return postage.
