Glossy Photos Question

I accidentally printed off glossy photos instead of matte. I was just wondering if there is a certain marker or pen that would not cause the celebs signature to smudge? Has anyone ever sent the celeb a pen when requesting an autograph?

I don't send any pens or markers but I have always used glossy photo paper because I like it best and the only marker that smudges is silver, I have never had any other marker smudge only sharpie brand in silver smudges on glossy photos so as long as you send a photo with a light background chances are the celeb wont use a silver marker anyways.

Ok the ones I'm sending have a light gray background so I'm sure that they will use a black sharpie. Thanks for the help!

Silver only smudges on non-professionally printed photos. Professionally printed photos use different ink, which silver doesn't smear on.

Ok I got them printed at Walmart, and the background is light so they will probably use a black marker to sign.
