IRC Questions

Hello,
I have looked over some of the pinned posts about IRCs, but I wanted to ask a couple questions regarding them, just to make sure that I am doing this correctly.
I live in the US and I want to send an evelope with some pictures to a Via Venue address in Vancouver, Canada.
1. Do IRC's need to go on both the Original Envelope going to Vancouver, as well as the SAE inside that would be coming back to me?
2. Are the IRC's the only thing I need on the envelopes or do I need US stamps on them as well?
Thanks for your guys' help in advance, it's very much appreciated!

Where do you plan to get IRCs?

You see, that's how I know you're lying about reading the post.

I plan to go to my post office to see if they have them. And you know, you don't have to be a dick when replying..I looked through the pages I found and wasn't 100% clear on everything, as this is my first time doing this, I wanted to do it correctly, thats all. And secondly, I never asked where I could pick up IRC's, I know the answer to that question because I read the pinned posts.
I apologize for wanting to do this correctly and not wanting to waste my money by assuming I'm doing something right.

Don't worry about him he's a dick and "know it all". I wish I could help but I don't know anything about IRC's

USPS stopped selling IRC's over a year ago.
Your best best is to get Canadian stamps, you can order them online via the Canada Post website.
If you need more help there are a ton of topics on International return postage, along with a ton of answers, so feel free to search
