Postage to USA Help!

How does one go about sending a SASE To the USA? I'm in the UK

And want to write to someone in the US

(This is A Celebrity!), but I want to pay return postage for them.
Any help would be great.

But in the UK They're saying that IRC Aren't being continued.

IRC is not the only option for international return postage, especially from the US.
