Okay, so, I want to get an autograph from David Tennant because that would be awesome. And I read on this website what you have to do to send an envelope from overseas so you can get one but my question is, do I have to pay to get the autograph? I know I have to pay for postage so I can get the envelope there and I know that I have to put in the International Reply Coupons but do I have to pay for the actual autograph and photo? Please let me know!!

I was informed that I don't need to pay for the photograph, just the postage. Thank you!!
