Hi, I'm new here. I have a couple of questions and figured I'd ask here. If this has been asked before, I'm sorry!

Does anyone know how to go about sending fan mail across states with a SASE? Do you need a certain type and number of stamps on both envelopes?

I've seen around here the use of Global Forever stamps with international mail but I couldn't find anything for the USA.

If you live in the US and want to send mail to another US state, you just need regular forever stamps. The number of stamps you need on your envelopes depends on the size and weight of the envelopes.

I usually send requests in a #10 envelope (4 1/8 x 9 1/2 inches) and use 1 stamp for my SASE and 2 for the envelope that contains the SASE, LOR, and photo.
