Broadway Playbill Question

I haven't ever asked for a signed playbill before, so I have a few questions.
Do I send a letter to the stage manager for the entire cast signed playbill?
What do I say in the letter?
Do I need to pay for the playbill?
Also, for the SASE, how many stamps do I need to put on a 8x10 enevolpe? I live in the US.
Thanks so much!

Yes, send a letter to the stage manager,
. Address the envelope to the stage manager. Ask for a signed playbill in the letter.
Some plays you have to pay for. Do research before sending.
SASE should be 6x9. 2 forever stamps.

I was thinking of sending a request to the Cort Theatre for a playbill of "The Cripple of Inishmaan" is there someway to find out if they require $ for the Playbill?
Thanks and God Bless!!!
