I sent off an envelope today that weighed 0.343 kg or for Americans weighed 12.099 oz. I sent this from uk to us and I included 3 dollars for shipping back. Would this be enough for the person to send it back to me?

Thanks

When it comes to International postage, I never send less than $5, usually $10. Is it really worth their time to drive to the post office, stand in line, and then lose money just to return something for a fan?

Going to send $10 to the US from the UK for a 8x10 and a dvd cover, hope it's enough. Never done this before and appears nearly impossible to source US stamps from anywhere other than ebay.

You can buy US postage on the USPS website.

I don't think USPS will ship stamps anywhere else other than within the US when you order via their website.

I am told they accept phone orders though and will ship worldwide if you order via that method.

USPS does have an official eBay shop and there they will ship worldwide.

US stamps can be gotten through the autograph exchange/sale section of this forum, a couple of members here sell them.

With the easy availability of US currency in the UK though sometimes it is easier to send cash, especially for non-standard requests.
