Where do I get UK stamps?

Hello everyone, I live in the USA [us] (In the state of Wisconsin to be more specific) and I wanted to mail off some autograph requests to celebrities whose fanmail address is located in the UK [uk] (for example Matt Smith) Anyways I wanted to buy UK stamps but I don't know where, I also don't know how many UK stamps I would put on a envelope if I had them in hand. I would be mailing off standard sized envelopes as pictured here http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/3 ... SY300_.jpg with another standard sized envelope folded inside, a letter, a 4 by 6 photo, a blank white index card and $2.00 since the post office no longer sells international reply coupons. Also how many stamps would I need for a 8 by 10 envelope with a 8 by 10 envelope folded inside, a 8 by 10 photo and letter? Thanks so much

Hello!

I live in Madrid City and your Post Office should sell international reply coupons because the US is a member of the Universal Postal Union (www.UPU.int). In my view you have to write to USPS (Customer Service) about this issue

I hope to have been of help.

The best of luck

Regards

Jesus

Under the UPU guidelines PO's must accept IRC's for exchange/redemption, not sell them i'm afraid.
UPU member postal services are obliged to exchange an IRC for postage, but are not obliged to sell them.

Many countries including the US no longer offer them for sale.

OP I suggest you check out http://www.royal-mail.com which is the UK post office, all the information you need is there. Alternatively browse this section of the forum because your questions come up alot {up}

You can just buy them in Royal Mail webshop, it's not a problem at all
