Postage help? 8 ounce manila folder?

Hi,
I'm sending a request to Neil Patrick Harris via broadway, and I bought the new edition of Rolling Stone magazine, which he's on the cover of. I'm sending this as an item to be autographed by him for a friend as a sort of joke between us. I weighed it on a scale that has postal prices on it, however, these are way outdated and I can't use them as reference. I don't even know what year it's from. Anyway, it weighs 8 ounces and is going to New York from a town outside of Portland, Oregon. It's a regular 8.5 x 11 inch manila folder. I only have 0.66 cent stamps at the moment. Does anyone know how much this would cost and how many stamps to put on it? Don't redirect me to the USPS postal calculator webpage, because whenever I use it, I finish the form and it basically says that they can't send the thing I'm trying to send. Even if it's just like a regular letter sized envelope. I've looked online for prices but I think I'm being too specific with the weight of the package and I'm not able to find anything. PM me if you need to ask a question about it because if it requires zip codes or something then I really don't want that out on the boards in public haha. If someone could help me out, that'd be awesome. I'd really like to get it out by tomorrow, if at all possible so an answer is greatly appreciated.
