How to address a specific request?

Hi,
So I'm sending to George Lopez via the Northern Quest Casino in Spokane, and I emailed them and asked where I should send it to, and someone replied saying to send it to them and they'll give it to management. That being said, how would I address it? If I remember correctly, it should be like this, right? It's been a while since Ive sent to someone directly who would give it to the celeb's management, so I can't really remember and I've only done it once or twice.

ATTN: (insert person who responded here)
? Northern Quest casino

or would it be

George Lopez
? Northern Quest Casino
ATTN: (insert person who responded here)

or address it to the person who responded, and put George as the ATTN part? It's been a while so I need somewhat of a refresher. Any help is appreciated. I'm pretty certain from what I remember those are all the same thing, but I'm just checking to make sure and that the request gets to him.
