I'm from uk, and you can't get ircs here now. I want to send to the usa in a full a4 sized envelope. How many dollars shall I put in there for the reply?

When I send a request from the US to the UK, I always include anywhere from $5-$10, just because it isn't just the postage, but time has to be made for them to take the item to the post office in addition.
