Hey guys, im in need of a bit of help and hope you can give me some.

There are a number of autograph requests that I would love to send off for and they all have american addresses. How would I go about securing postage for them to send it back ? I could purchase a few dollar notes from the post office and include them in the envelope or is there a simpler way ?

Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated :)

Are there a particular amount or type that I would need to buy ? Like here in the UK we have 1st & 2nd class, so im not sure what types the US have. I usually include a C5 (A5) envelope for them to send an autograph back in, so how many or what type of US stamps I would need for that.

Sorry for all the questions !

This question comes up with increasing frequency, if you browse this section of the forum you are going to find lots of answers.

You are correct in that dollar bills are one way to do it, otherwise as Fanmail has said US stamps would be another.

The USPS website has all the information on stamp types, prices, size guides and calculators etc.

It can be confusing navigating another postal service, but it's quite possible if you put the effort in :)
