How many stamps do I need to put on envelope?

I have a couple 9 x 12 envelopes that I want to mail out internationally, both envelopes will contain one 8 by 10 and 5 by 7 photo, $5.00 USD cash for postage, a letter, and a SASE. I was wondering how many Global Forever stamps as seen here http://about.usps.com/news/national-rel ... 13_011.htm I will need to put on each one. Both envelopes are being mailed off to the UK...
