I have tried endlessly to sign up for an account on the Royal Mail website. So that I may purchase British stamps. However I don't know how to because of Flat/House name/ Address name.
I feel dumb but I don't understand it and was hoping someone here could help and I could possibly purchase stamps with my paypal from someone here. I really want to get David Tennant and Tom Hiddleston's auto!

I could help. I'm in the UK and I keep a lot of stamps to hand. International stamps, high-value parcel stamps, you name it. I have PayPal and could maybe help you out with something

The USPS website has a section for international stamps. Right now they have a Year of the Horse stamp sheet with 20 UK first class stamps.
