I am getting pretty anxious. I have sent out quite a few letters (42 to be exact) and I will be thrilled if I get even 1 response. All I want to do is send out more and more but I don't want to be disappointed. How many LOR's do you sent out on a weekly basis and how many responses do you get??? Thanks

^It really is about who you send to. I like to mix it up and I send to some A-listers, but mostly just animators and actors who aren't as popular. According to my sheet I have sent out 43 in the past year and I've gotten 27 back. I'm still hopeful for about 5-8 of those 16 I haven't gotten back. Most of the ones from the group I didn't get back are A-listers who are tough to get anything from.

You'll sure get responses. Of course, waiting time may vary depending on where you sent your request and of course, who you sent it to. As they already said, it might take from 3 to 5 months, or even more! Just be patient and try not to get anxious Good luck and I hope you get replies from all your requests!
