Hi I'm sending a 9 by 12 envelope with two 4 by 6 photos and a 5 by 9 sae it's going to canada I've tried Calculating the price on UPS site and it's not working or whatever site it is but it's not working... Help please

To Canada and the UK will be the same price.

One ounce in a 9x12 is $2.29 but I think what you are sending will be at least two ounces: $2.50. Three is $2.71 but that might be overkill yet it all depends on how much everything weighs.
