Hi friends:) Can you give me an advice, is there any alternative for International Relpy Coupon? I live in Russia, and we do not have in our post offices at all... What can I put into the envelope instead IRCs in order to dream about receiving an autograph sometimes? Did anyone from Russia try fanmail.biz system and received anything??
Waiting for an advice from someone experienced :)

You can buy stamps on ebay or on the sites of UK (yellow 88p) or U.S.A (Global Forever stamps)

You can bare in mind, that a simple stamp from the US (so called "Forever") costs 1,15 $
Germany worldwide 0,75 EUR
UK 97 pence

Just enclose 1-2 USD in the envelope along with the LOR, SAE and photos you send and it should be ok.

I buy US "Forever" stamps on eBay, but you can also buy them on-line at USPS shop.
Royal mail sells 97 stamps via telephone order as well.

IF you have further questions, you can PM me in Russian.
