How soon to send to a Broadway address

How soon after a show's Previews begin should I send a request? I'd like to send pretty early, before the requests start piling up, but I also don't want to send too early, if that's possible?
I dunno. Any advice?

At the moment, I'm waiting for "This is Our Youth" to start up

I aim to send either a few days prior or a few days of the preview starting. And I am in the UK usually sending to US.
