Not even sure if I'm posting in the right section. This weekend I'll be seeing Shania Twain live in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island (Canada). The concert is outdoors. I got an official Shania Twain cowboy hat that I'd really love to get signed either before or after the event. How would I be able to, since this is my very first live concert experience?

Be prepared for lots of waiting around, and never expect to fully make contact with the celebrity, expect hours or waiting and hope for at least one autograph.

If you can find out where she may be staying, hanging out at the hotel the morning after the show is a good bet. Usually easier to meet artists at hotels than at venues unless you have backstage access.
